Shutes Farm is situated in the sleepy east Devon village of Northleigh. Built in the 1600s,
it was a working farm until the mid 20th Century. It was extended and refurbished in the 1980s but retains
many original features.
Our bed and breakfast accommodation, set on the ground floor of the house, comprises
a spacious family room with one double and one single bed with enough room for a cot or extra bed if
required. Tea and coffee making facilities and a TV are provided.
There is a private en-suite shower room.
